Personal Data Privacy Policy

This Personal Data Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to personal data that CLOUDKEY LLC may receive from users when they use the official website https://lancloud.uz/en/ (hereinafter referred to as the LanCloud Website), internet services and other services, participate in advertising and marketing campaigns or promotions, or otherwise interact with CLOUDKEY LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Services).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 2, 2019 No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data”.

CLOUDKEY LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites that users may access through links available on the LanCloud Website. Third-party websites may have their own privacy policies and may collect or request other personal data.

This Policy explains how CLOUDKEY LLC processes and protects users' personal data.

By providing personal data to CLOUDKEY LLC through forms on the Website or by other means while using the Services, the user confirms that they have read this Policy and, where required by law, provides consent to the processing of personal data in the prescribed manner.

1. Personal Data Received and Processed by CLOUDKEY LLC

1.1.2. Other information about the user that CLOUDKEY LLC needs to collect and/or receive in order to provide individual Services and which the user is informed about when ordering the relevant Services.

1.2. CLOUDKEY LLC assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal data and keeps it up to date. If inaccurate or incomplete data is identified, CLOUDKEY LLC may request that the user clarify or update such data.

2. Purposes of Processing Users' Personal Data

2.1. CLOUDKEY LLC processes only the personal data necessary to provide the Services and achieve the purposes specified in this Policy.

2.2. CLOUDKEY LLC may use the user's personal data for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the user in connection with the provision of the Services.

2.2.2. Provision of the Services and communication with the user regarding their provision.

2.2.3. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

2.2.4. Providing the user's personal data to software right holders, distributors or resellers for the purpose of registering software in the name of the user or the organization represented by the user, where such transfer is necessary for the provision of the relevant Service.

2.2.5. Exercising and performing functions, powers and obligations imposed on CLOUDKEY LLC by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Transfer of Users' Personal Data to Third Parties

3.1. Users' personal data shall remain confidential, except where access to such data by an unlimited number of persons has been provided by the user or at the user's request, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.2. CLOUDKEY LLC may transfer the user's personal data to third parties in the following cases:

3.2.1. The user has consented to such transfer, including for the purpose of registering software in the user's name by software right holders, distributors or resellers.

3.2.2. The transfer is necessary for CLOUDKEY LLC to perform functions, powers or obligations imposed on it by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Measures Applied to Protect Users' Personal Data

CLOUDKEY LLC takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect users' personal data against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions involving personal data.

5. User Rights and Obligations

5.1. CLOUDKEY LLC takes reasonable measures to maintain the accuracy and relevance of personal data in its possession and to delete outdated, inaccurate or excessive data. The user is responsible for providing accurate information and updating it if any changes occur.

5.2. The user may change, update or supplement the personal data provided by contacting CLOUDKEY LLC.

5.2.1. The user may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a corresponding notice to cloud@lancloud.uz or to the following postal address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirabad District, Ming Orik MFY, 23 Shakhrisabz Street. Withdrawal of consent may make it impossible to continue providing certain Services. Where grounds provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan exist, CLOUDKEY LLC may continue processing personal data without the user's consent.

5.3. The user has the right to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data by CLOUDKEY LLC. The user may submit a corresponding request to cloud@lancloud.uz or to the following address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirabad District, Ming Orik MFY, 23 Shakhrisabz Street.

5.4. For the purposes of paragraphs 5.2 and 5.3 of this Policy, CLOUDKEY LLC may request proof of the user's identity in a form that does not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
