East Telecom YA DC Tier III data center in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
LanCloud’s cloud infrastructure in Uzbekistan is hosted at East Telecom YA DC in Tashkent, one of the country’s largest Tier III data centers. The facility is designed for up to 250 server racks, provides 2 MW of power capacity, dual power feeds, two 2 MW diesel generators, UPS systems, and N+1 cooling redundancy. This infrastructure is designed for resilient hosting of LanCloud virtual servers, storage systems, and network equipment. The data center entered commercial operation in November 2024.

Data center infrastructure

Power supply

  • The 2,000 kW electrical input is arranged as a dual-feed power supply.
  • Two separate power cable lines are provided from the electrical substation.
  • If external power fails, two 2 MW diesel generators provide backup power.

Uninterruptible power

  • The infrastructure uses UPS configurations of 500 kVA × 2 and 600 kVA × 2.
  • Redundancy helps maintain power to server, network, and other critical equipment if a component fails.
  • ATS and Maintenance Bypass Panels are provided for switching and maintenance.

Cooling system

  • CRAC air-conditioning systems are used in server rooms.
  • Cooling is configured with N+1 redundancy.
  • The ventilation system separates supply and exhaust airflow.

Network and connectivity

  • Two independent communication lines enter the data center with redundant fiber connections.
  • Network equipment is deployed with redundancy.
  • Customer equipment can be connected through UTP and optical interfaces.

Physical security

  • The facility uses an integrated three-stage access control system.
  • Server rooms are protected by a gas fire suppression system.

Tier III reliability

Tier IIIEast Telecom YA DC

East Telecom YA DC is designed with redundancy across its core engineering systems. The operator’s technical materials describe the facility as Global Tier-3 grade.

Power supply, UPS systems, diesel generators, cooling, and network connectivity use redundant components and independent lines.

The Tier III level is stated based on the data center operator’s technical materials. This page does not claim a separate Uptime Institute certification.
