A Gold competency confirms a partner's superior expertise in designing, deploying, implementing, and maintaining solutions based on the relevant Microsoft products. The Gold Competency is awarded only to those partners who annually meet the strict partner program requirements for each competency, such as: having at least four certified engineers on staff for each specific product, and at least five successfully completed projects in the past year, confirmed by positive customer reviews, for each product.
