The Alma-Ata Hotel is a historical and architectural landmark of Almaty, and a hotel complex. Since its opening in 1967, our hotel has been and remains the benchmark for quality service for our guests. The Alma-Ata Hotel has a rich history and remains a benchmark for companies in the hotel industry and a national landmark of Kazakhstan.
We previously used email services from a public hosting provider. However, due to growing business demands, a Microsoft Exchange-based solution was needed that would meet corporate policy and security requirements.
After analyzing cloud service providers in Kazakhstan, we selected LanCloud's Microsoft Exchange-based corporate email service.
With a tight deadline for migration from our current email hosting provider, LanCloud specialists quickly and efficiently migrated our email and deployed the service to Cloud Exchange (SaaS). This ensured uninterrupted hotel operations throughout all stages of the migration, including uninterrupted user experience.
As a result, we received a modern, accessible, and functional email service, which allowed us to abandon our initial plans to deploy the service on our own resources. We were also able to optimize infrastructure and business costs.
