Consent to the Processing of Personal Data
Hereby, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 2, 2019 No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data”, acting freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, I give my unconditional consent to the processing of my personal data by CLOUDKEY LLC, registered in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the following address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirabad District, Ming Orik MFY, 23 Shakhrisabz Street (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. This Consent is given by me for the processing of the following personal data:
- First name;
- Last name;
- Telephone number;
- Email.
This Consent is given to the Operator to perform the following actions with my personal data using automated means and/or without the use of such means: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), use, anonymization, transfer to third parties for the purposes specified below, as well as other actions involving personal data provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, by both automated and non-automated means.
This Consent is given to the Operator for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:
- Provision of services/works to me;
- Sending me notifications related to the services/works provided;
- Preparing and sending responses to my requests;
- Sending me information, including advertising information, about the Operator’s events, products, services and works.
This Consent shall remain valid until it is withdrawn by sending the relevant notice to cloud@lancloud.uz. If I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing my personal data without my consent where there are legal grounds for doing so under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
